By accessing or using EscapeHatch Scheduler ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is an internal tool operated by Escape Hatch Podcast for batch-uploading and scheduling video content to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
The Service is intended solely for authorized members of the Escape Hatch Podcast production team. Access requires a password provided by the administrator. You may not share your access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube (Google), Instagram (Meta), and TikTok (ByteDance). Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. The Service acts on your behalf using OAuth tokens you authorize. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with each platform's community guidelines and terms.
You retain all ownership of content uploaded through the Service. The Service temporarily stores video files in cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) for the purpose of publishing to your connected platforms. The Service does not claim any rights to your content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Publishing schedules depend on third-party API availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to failed uploads, missed schedules, or platform account actions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
